Hi,
Where would you put feature request discussions that relate to a particular plugin?
We would like to know if geospatial pdf's are being investigated as an output format for the printing plugin?
I'm aware that there is a community module which supposedly adds it as a WCF output format but I was unable to get it to work. We have been able to manually add the information to portrait prints which are output using ItextSharp libraries but we are unable to do this for landscape prints due to MapFish using the rotate 90 option when generating landscape PDF's.
We note that QGIS is able to produce geospatial PDF's which work in both portrait and landscape so it would be great if that functionality were to make it into GeoServer generally but I do understand they are completely independent code bases. I only point it out as the work that project has done may be useful in terms of scoping out dependencies that might be required.
Best Regards,
Paul
